Delivery Policies
Gift basket orders are not fulfilled by local florists but are delivered by courier and
you can specify any day between Tuesday and Saturday for the delivery date for the
relevant
courier charges. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and Mondays, as well as on public
holidays.
Furthermore, the cut off time for gift basket orders is 2 pm EST for the next day
delivery and same day deliveries are not performed. In the event that you place your
order after 2pm EST, the earliest possible delivery date will be the day after tomorrow.
Unfortunately, TodayFlowerDelivery cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
Gift box deliveries can be made on the mainland to home and business addresses,
hospitals, funeral homes, schools and college campuses, nursing homes and other
locations. Gift baskets CANNOT be shipped to P.O. boxes and restricted areas. In case of
orders with similar shipping addresses, your orders will be canceled and refunded.

Substitution Policies
Substitutions of gift baskets are only made in cases where the ordered product is not
available and can be replaced with another gift of the same or higher value, of the same
brand containing identical products. In the event that an ordered product needs to be
replaced, our team will do everything possible to notify the sender as quickly as
possible.
Additionally, In case it is necessary to substitute the ordered product with another of
a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the customer's account.
