Which Are The 5 Most Popular Winter Flowers ?
It is an indisputable fact that we, from TodayFlowerDelivery, as well as local artists and the entire flower industry, have chosen our most preferred flowers for the winter season. Although the blooms are not always extremely typical for the last month of the year, they are the predominant part of most flower arrangements. Whether because of their color or the festive atmosphere they create, over the years they have established themselves as favorites not only among professionals but also among a huge number of clients. Here they are:
- Rich red roses - Have you ever assumed that there is a holiday in the year for which red roses are not suitable? Apart from occasions like Valentine's Day and anniversaries, they are part of a number of our Christmas arrangements.
- Red Carnations- Most usually combined with red roses in order to create a red fragrant blanket, the legend of carnations refer their appearance to the life of Jesus, which makes them extremely suitable for Christmas flower centerpieces, for instance.
- Brilliant white lilies - There is no doubt that lilies are among the perennial flowers that present in every bouquet, on every occasion and in every color! Preferred in their white shades for weddings, we enjoy seeing them in Christmas flower arrangements, too.
- Snowy white chrysanthemums - Although many people think that chrysanthemums do not stand out with anything special, we will allow ourselves to correct you! If you look closely, you will notice that white chrysanthemums, resembling snowflakes in shape, are a common choice of florists when arranging Christmas baskets and wreaths. You already know why!
- Pine Cones - This is a joke, of course! And yet, although the cones do not belong to the flower family, they are naturally present in almost every Christmas bouquet to bring another piece of nature into your home!
