Please read our cancellation policies before you fill out this form to cancel your order.

You can easily cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed on TodayFlowerDelivery.com. Please note, that orders of perishable items, placed for Same day delivery or Next day delivery cannot be a subject of cancellation. Furthermore, TodayFlowerDelivery.com reserves its right to refuse cancelling an order, in case the order has already been shipped, on its way to be delivered or already have arrived.

Also, we kindly ask our customers to keep in mind that the cancellation fee of $7.99 applies to all cancellations.

What is more, neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on orders placed during the Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day holidays if the order was placed within 5 days prior to the holiday itself, and subsequently delivered within 4 business days after the respective occasion.

Returns & Refunds

Orders of perishable items (e.g. flowers), placed on TodayFlowerDelivery.com, cannot be returned even if they are unused and in original state. However, If you are not satisfied with the quality of the received goods, please contact us. As our customers’ satisfaction is our main goal, we will be glad to assist you with solving this issue.

In case the recipient refuses to accept the product, your order is neither a subject to a refund, nor to a store credit.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, the quality of the items themselves or your order did not arrive on time, please contact us. In such cases, we give our customers a store credit which can be applied to their future order. Please note, that this credit can be used only once, cannot be combined with any other credits or discounts and cannot be redeemed as well.
